Please remember, The Inn is an older structure and we would like to remind our guests that there is NO ELEVATOR. If you need a lobby level room, please request “Lobby Level” when booking your stay, and we will accommodate based on availability.
Lighting candles or incense in guest rooms is strictly prohibited. Any guest who lights candles or incense will be charged for any cleaning or damages that may occur.
Off street parking is provided at Union Station Plaza for spaces 5 – 19. Guests who park on street or in other private lots may be ticketed or towed at owners expense.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: begins at 3pm
Check-out: by 11am
Guests may check-in anytime after 3 pm on the day of arrival. Since your reservation is guaranteed by full payment of your first-night stay, late arrivals are no problem. The reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day for your convenience. Please see our reservation and cancellation policy for more information.
Since all amenities and services are included in your rate, you simply drop off your room key at the front desk and your check-out is complete.
Should you arrive prior to check-in, you are welcome to leave your car in our parking lot and drop off your luggage at the front desk.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies
To reserve a room at The Inn At St. John you must provide a valid credit card, which will be charged as we process your request. We charge in full for the first night of your reservation. This guarantees your guest room for arrival anytime after 3:00 pm.
When making a reservation online, please note that you will receive a confirmation letter from us once the reservation’s first night’s deposit is charged. If you notice any incorrect information, please contact us to avoid booking errors. We are staffed 24 hours a day and can be reached by dialing our toll-free reservation hotline at 1-800-636-9127.
FREE CANCELLATION: You have up until 24 hours of arrival to cancel your reservation with no charge. Should you cancel reservation within 24 hours notice, your first nights deposit is non-refundable.
For the health and safety of our guests, The Inn at St John is a non-smoking hotel. Guests who smoke in their rooms will be charged a $275.00 fee for deep cleaning. Smoking is permitted outside in our designated smoking area.
We will reimburse up to $7 for taxi service from the Airport and up to $5 from the Transportation Center.
We understand pets are beloved members of your family and many people like to travel with them. With that in mind, we allow dogs only and charge a $10.00 cleaning fee per night that is added to your reservation. Dogs must not be left unattended in your room.
