General Information
Every one of the 39 rooms at The Inn At St. John is unique in decoration, beautiful in Victorian elegance and comfortable - making each stay relaxing and refreshing. Continental Breakfast is served each day from 6 am to 10 am just off the lobby, with a variety of pastries, English muffins and bagels for toasting, fresh fruit, juices and of course, fresh, hot coffee.
Room Options
Choose from an opulent King size bed with a jetted whirlpool bathtub in our Superior Rooms class, or maybe Two beds with private in-room bath from the Traditional section. Value rooms at The Inn retain all the comforts and details of Superior or Traditional rooms, adding a touch of European style with either a private or shared hall bathroom.

Accessibility
Please remember, The Inn is an older structure and we would like to remind our guests that there is no elevator. If you need a lobby level room, please request "Lobby Level" when booking your stay, and we will accommodate based on availability.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: begins at 1pm
Check-out: by 11am
Guests may check-in anytime after 1 pm on the day of arrival. Since your room is guaranteed with your first deposit, late arrivals are no problem. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day for your convience. Please see our reservation and cancellation policy for more information.
Should you arrive prior to check-in, you are welcome to leave your car in our parking lot and drop off your luggage at the front desk.
All of our amenities and services are included in the room rate - when you check out there is nothing to sign, nothing to pay, just drop your keys at the front desk and you can be on your way.
Smoking Policy
The Inn At St. John is now completely NON-smoking. There are outdoor, covered smoking areas available for the convenience of our guests.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies
To reserve a room, you must provide a valid credit card which will be charged for the amount of the first or only night of stay. This guarantees your room for arrival anytime after 1pm. Unless you call to cancel the room will not be resold on the first night.
When reserving online, the first confirmation you receive is that the request has been made to The Inn At St. John. Please make sure the information is correct. If anything is incorrect, please contact us immediately to avoid booking errors. After your deposit has been processed, you will receive a final confirmation stating your credit card has been charged. For changes, contact us as soon as possible at 1 (800) 636 9127.
Once the reservation has been made, there will be a $15 fee for cancellations with 24 hours or more advance notice. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. These policies are for reservations booked online or by phone directly with The Inn At St. John.
As a courtesy to all, The Inn strives to keep its rates as low as possible, with a level of service that rivals hotels with a much higher cost per night. Stay longer, see more, spend less with The Inn At St. John.
